My situation
by outsmartthesystem ini've been slowly but surely and intentionally fading over the last 5 years.
it started with me stopping going in service.
then i stopped commenting.

First of all, you have a PM. Second, definitely do not include an elder (regardless of family status) in your discussion. The only reason the elder will show up is to prove you are an apostate and disfellowship you.
I agree with slowly introducing her to some of your findings. Don't go apes*t on her if she doesn't accept it, all you have to do is seed some doubts, tell here where you found it and let her do the further investigation.

Strategizing against the WTBTS
by Essan incould we be doing more brothers and sisters?
i'm sure i'm not alone in wishing that there was more we could do to hasten the demise of the wtbts and to speed up the exodus of it's members.
and i'm sure i'm not alone in thinking of possible ways to do this.. one which i have been considering lately is to make use of the fact that many who leave the organization actually leave the area, move away, and start a new life.

What you need to do is find personal, damning information the congregation elders collect on them. If you are an elder or ministerial servant, most likely you have a key to the hall and can get in the cabinets in your hall without too much effort. Some countries in Europe allow you to get a copy officially through the law. Copy what they have on you and your family and send it to them (maybe anonymously), then ask: They sent this to the WTBTS and could not keep it a secret from me, do you really think God's organization would need this kind of information if their decisions were made based on Holy Spirit? How long do you think it will others take to find this out?

I would use an image of the middle Watchtower (the one on 1914). Then put something really brief on there like: Are you still waiting? or The truth will set you free! or if you don't put the image on there, a simple: "Chat with your fellow Witnesses" or "Do you sometimes feel inadequate?" and a website. You could also put smaller lettering or on the back, "Already know this? You're not alone! Talk to me" and give an e-mail address or even phone number. Also put on there that this is part of a global, organized effort to educate people, if the leadership ever hears of it, they might recognize it from some of the e-mails they have received and cream their pants a little bit. The above note of child sex offenders might work as well.
In the actual execution of your plan, make sure you have an invitation first. If they get the police, you have to be able to show you're invited since it's a private event (I did security at conventions for years).
Second, you will get a tail if they catch wind so do it during the breaks so lots of people are in the hallways. IF you get a tail, go outside and come back into another door at another level. The security people are assigned per level or section of a building and are usually with 2. So switching levels or sections will most likely lose your tail or make it more difficult to track you down.
If somebody comes up to you and asks you what you are distributing, do not answer them, they are most likely a security overseer ready to kick you out. The young ones don't actually kick out people, they report to the overseer who comes and talks to people. If they ask you if you need a seat, tell them you already have one. It's hard to hear the radio between the sessions so that is the best time to distribute as you will blend in and they will find it harder to track you. You also have an excuse for not being in your seat.
If they let you know your invitation has been revoked then get out, you may be escorted, try talking to the escort if they're young enough. It's thus also a good idea to split up so they have to track you down and revoke your invitation multiple times, a mob will work even better. If you have two people of the same gender, dress similarly, this will confuse them as far as your location goes when they tail you.
Third, dress appropriately. You don't even need a badge if you have a nice cheap suit (S&K, Men's Wearhouse <$300 rack) and a knee-length skirt. Not business casual, no expensive suits, no women's suits, church suits, flashy clothing that could identify you easier. A dark-blue or black suit (non-shiny) works best. If you obtain a badge (you can go to lost and found after the first day and swipe one if you don't get one in advance) make it read the CO's name or an elder's name or so, that is funny. What would be even funnier is if you are a female and fairly good looking to have a miniskirt and a tear-off knee-length over it. If you get escorted, tear it off and have them feeling guilty for even looking at you, a lot of them (men) will start talking about it - talking about it is good, maybe they will 'remember' some of it and investigate. You could also request to go to the bathroom and either lose your escort or come out super-sexy.
Fourth, give to the younger people and parents. Avoid those with badges with large lettering under their badge (attendants, security). Older men, older women will rat you out immediately as well or even start yelling since they feel they can do this (I don't understand old people).

Got the same part! I'm still thinking of a good introduction:
Here goes (this is on the fly):
- Hi, my name is *blah*, what is yours
*blah*
- I am talking to all your neighbors about the creation. The bible says that God created the earth in 7 periods of 1000 years (this is old light, you can tone it down with 7 creation periods if you're a younger member) and in the end he saw that it was good (read Genesis 3:something, look it up). Do you think an interpretation of the bible text will ever match up to the scientific findings of our modern age?
* I am currently in college and have always learned even in high school (change this to fit your partners age) that the earth is millions of years old and that even the earliest humans lived 250,000 years ago so I personally think a literal interpretation of the bible would probably not be correct.
- Well this brochure here I have with me tries to explain how some scientific findings and scientific journalists have apparently supported some of the details the Bible tells about nature such as the *insert example here (I think Leviathan in Job or the round earth will do)*. Do you think you would be interested in reviewing it?
* Off course I can review some other viewpoints on the matter, it is always interesting to see what other people believe even if they appear to be incorrect.
- Here you go, maybe I can come back another time to get your opinion on the matter, I would really like to discuss the bible's viewpoint with you.
* That's a good idea, I'll look up what I've learned in my textbooks and when you come back we can discuss some of it.
- See you next week same time?
* Sure
=alternatively=
* I'll read it but I am not interested in a Bible discussion.
- OK, well if you would like us to contact you again, here is an invitation to our meetings or you can fill out the information on the back of the brochure.

Mentally Ill Mother Wants to Pioneer...
by I<3MYGod ini'm not even sure where or how to begin this.
my mother is extremely mentally ill. she has stopped taking her medication, she has stopped eating, she has stopped drinking.
she has lost over 100lbs in a few months and looks like death.

Yes, first look for PROFESSIONAL mental health support. For your sisters, look for a social worker in your area or some other governmental support. There is most definitely help for people that have been set out of home. It's actually illegal to kick somebody out of the house without notice in most states, usually she requires 1, 3 or 6 months notice especially if she was paying some form of rent so you could go back with police to pick up her stuff.
As far as the religious aspect, nobody cares whether your mother is a pioneer or not, that has nothing to do with her health, in fact most congregations are desperate for such people and approve them in a heartbeat. The only questions at those meetings really are: did she do anything we know she was reproved for or could be disfellowshipped for in the last 6 months - no? - ok, scribble, approved then it goes through the rubberstamping process from there on.
Also, contacting elders will most likely do nothing. First of all you're disfellowshipped and therefore anything said against the organization or it's members is apostasy. The only way you can get through to your elders for anything, even criminal offenses like child abuse is if you have 2 active witnesses witness the same action (or with child sexual abuse, a repetitive pattern of it over the last 2 years). Some elders are nicer and will believe you if they already have a clue that there is something loose in the upper chambers. We had such a lady in our KH once though and the elders did nothing so she was pioneering until she started yelling at the top of her voice at the CO's wife *in the street in service* for having a fur piece (might have been fake) on the collar of her coat. She made the CO's wife cry and leave, after that she lost all privileges including answering at the meetings (not DF'ed though because her son convinced them she was mentally ill and that would be inappropriate - the son didn't get servant privileges for 10 years though after that)

I DONT want their help! :D
by TimothyT inhello people,.
despite the advice given here, i thought it only fair to tell the elders that are calling me to 'help me' with my sexuality, that i dont want their help!
yesterday one called.. he told me that he and another elder would like to speak with me to find out what the situation is.

Hey Tim,
Great to hear. As said above, they do not have any power beyond what you give them. If you want to you can send them a legal notice not to contact you or file a restraining order.
Filing restraining orders is a great way of limiting their ministry as well (file it against the congregation). The branch will recommend not to preach in your street anymore but the R&F will just hear some excuse as to why they can't so the ones in the know understand that it's a lie. In the end it puts a chilling effect on their ministry in that whole area.

Please continue sending the message to trusted 'apostates'. Also, great response on the open letter, the branch has found it necessary to formulate an official response. PLEASE PARTICIPATE IN THE OPEN LETTER. You can send me e-mail addresses of your local or international dubs or create an anonymous e-mail address yourself.
